Make AI training useful in the first working week
A role-based AI training plan for sales, operations, marketing and business teams.
Train around a real task
A sales team can practice turning verified product facts into a clear reply. Marketing can develop a brief and evaluate alternative hooks. Operations can summarize an exception report. Training becomes useful when the exercise resembles work the team already needs to complete.
Separate facts from suggestions
Teach participants to identify source facts, missing information and proposed improvements. A fluent response may invent a price, delivery time or policy. Use an approved reference sheet and require the team to check factual claims before sharing a result.
Teach a repeatable brief
A practical brief states the audience, objective, verified facts, desired format and constraints. Ask for an editable draft with assumptions visible. Let the team compare two versions and explain which one better serves the intended customer.
Practice review and privacy
Use anonymized examples during learning. Keep credentials, unnecessary personal information and confidential customer material out of general training prompts. Review output for accuracy, tone and required approvals. People should know when to ask a colleague instead of continuing automatically.
Measure skill transfer
Finish with a realistic exercise completed independently. Compare quality, completion time and review effort before and after training. TechRewa training inquiries can specify team roles, preferred language, current tools and the first workflow to improve. A useful programme ends with reusable instructions and named process owners.
