This policy explains how Techrewa, operated by Yash Retail and Services Private Limited, handles information in this early-access workspace.
Information you provide
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address and a securely derived password record. Project information can include prompts, titles, scene plans and metadata. Contact enquiries include the details you submit and your consent to be contacted. Please avoid uploading sensitive personal information unless a separate agreed service requires it.
Information stored on your device
The workspace stores your interface language and device drafts in browser local storage. Signing in uses a session cookie for authentication. Temporary checkout references and an opaque attempt identifier may be kept in browser session storage to retry an interrupted payment safely; this does not store card details or provider secrets. Local drafts remain on that browser until you delete them or clear site data. Export important drafts before changing devices.
How we use information
We use account information to provide workspace access; project data to save and retrieve your work; and enquiry information to respond to your request. Operational logs may be used for reliability, rate limiting and security. We do not sell your personal information.
Generation and connected services
Paid generation is not active in this initial release. When a generation model or business integration is activated, the information necessary for that request may be processed by the relevant service provider. Capabilities, applicable terms and material data-handling details should be presented before using that connection. Do not submit confidential material without understanding the chosen service.
Retention and deletion
Device drafts can be deleted in My Projects or browser storage settings. Account and enquiry records are retained as needed to operate the service, resolve support requests and meet applicable legal requirements. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your information; some records may need to be retained for legitimate legal or security reasons.
Your requests and policy changes
Submit privacy questions or requests through the contact form using the email associated with your account. We may verify account ownership before acting. Changes to this policy will be posted here with an updated date.
