Terms of Service
These terms apply to your use of the Techrewa website and creative workspace, operated by Yash Retail and Services Private Limited. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
The service
The current release includes a storyboard planning tool, optional account-based draft storage, information about planned services and an enquiry system. A storyboard is a structured draft, not a generated video. Generation, subscriptions, credits and provider connections are available only when expressly activated and described.
Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or use the service through a responsible adult who accepts these terms, and provide accurate account information. Keep your password and access credentials private. You are responsible for authorized use of your workspace and should notify us of suspected misuse through the contact form.
Your content and permissions
You retain rights you already hold in the materials you submit. You give us permission to process those materials as needed to provide the requested service. You must have the rights, licences and consent required for images, voices, music, trademarks and personal likenesses. Do not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, abusive or infringing content.
AI outputs and review
AI-generated content can contain inaccuracies, visual defects or unintended material. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publication and for verifying claims, permissions and suitability. Ownership, commercial usage and restrictions may depend on the selected model and its applicable terms. No unique output, perfect likeness, specific ranking or business result is guaranteed.
Pricing and third-party services
Any paid service must show a price, applicable taxes, scope and relevant usage terms before payment. Techrewa subscriptions, when offered, provide Techrewa services. They do not automatically include consumer subscriptions to other AI applications. Custom work is governed by its written proposal, acceptance criteria and payment terms.
Availability and liability
We aim to keep the workspace reliable but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Keep your own copy of important work. To the extent permitted by applicable law, responsibility for indirect loss is limited; nothing in these terms excludes rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Suspension, changes and disputes
We may restrict misuse, security threats or violations of these terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page. Indian law applies, subject to mandatory consumer protections and the jurisdiction of competent courts. Contact us first with a clear description of any issue so we can work toward a resolution.
Purchased generation credits
Purchased generation credits are usable for 30 days from verified payment settlement. Unused purchased credits expire at the end of that period. There is no automatic renewal. Separate purchases retain their own expiry dates; the earliest-expiring eligible credits are used first. A failed generation restores its original allowance and expiry date. Final checkout shows the model access and included credits for the selected plan.
