Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy describes the approach to cancellations and refunds for Techrewa services. Paid generation billing is not active in the initial release.
Free planning tools
The current local storyboard planner is free. There is no payment to refund for these features. No credits are charged when an unavailable model cannot begin generation.
Future subscription and credit plans
Before a paid plan launches, its checkout will show the price, taxes, renewal and cancellation terms, credit validity, failed-generation handling and refund conditions. These terms will be made available before a purchase is accepted. We will not assume your agreement to an unpublished paid plan.
Custom projects and business services
Video production, software, automation and training are scoped individually. The written proposal will state the deposit, milestones, cancellation conditions, delivered-work treatment and any eligible refund. Please review that proposal before payment.
Duplicate charges, unauthorized payments and service issues
If you believe a charge is incorrect, submit an Account or billing help enquiry with the transaction reference, date and a description. Do not send card numbers, banking passwords or security codes. We will investigate and explain the next steps. Any approved refund is returned through an appropriate payment channel, subject to provider processing times.
