Choose the first AI workflow for your small business
Map one repetitive business process into a measurable automation with clear ownership and exceptions.
Pick a frequent, bounded task
Good starting points include organizing inquiries, drafting quotations from an approved catalogue, summarizing support requests or preparing an internal daily report. Choose a task with a known input and a recognizable correct output. Automating an unclear process usually makes the confusion happen faster.
Write the existing process
Record where the request arrives, who owns it, what information is required and which system holds the truth. Note common exceptions such as missing product details or duplicate inquiries. This simple map is more valuable than selecting a model before understanding the job.
Define the handoff
Decide which steps can run automatically and which need a person. Drafting a response and sending it to a customer are different actions. Financial commitments, unusual requests and incomplete information need an explicit owner. Give the team an easy way to pause and correct a workflow.
Measure the result
Track time saved, accepted drafts, unresolved exceptions and customer outcomes. Compare against the previous process using the same definitions. Do not judge an automation only by the number of messages or tasks it produces. Duplicate actions and wrong answers can create hidden work.
Prepare a useful project brief
Tell TechRewa which process you want to improve, the tools currently used, your team roles and a few non-sensitive example inputs. Start with a small acceptance test and staged deployment. An owned integration layer keeps business rules and customer context independent of any single AI supplier.
